On a local walk around our village, I spotted this field which is so quintessentially British-looking.The new planting, in neat rows, the power-lines (I never really notice them, since we’re so used to them here), the trees and hedges as the field boundaries. Spring in the UK is such a beautiful time, especially after a long, cold winter like the one just passed, and this scene can be found over so much of our land.
